Credit Cards:We accept all major credit cards-Visa, Mastercard and American Express.   Payment for this order and your credit card details will be processed by Westpac Bank who will only send authorisation details to Buzz A Basket.

Cancellation of Orders:   Buzz A Basket cannot cancel any order already made up.   If a cancellation request is made prior to the order being made up Buzz A Basket will accept the cancellation and provide a full refund.

Delivery: All orders will be despatched by the fastest practical means to arrive on the date requested by you. Our couriers operate a 'Track and Trace" delivery service - we can provide proof of delivery on request. A re-delivery charge will apply if an incorrect delivery address is given or the courier is unable to complete the delivery due to access or any other difficulty. Sometimes our couriers charge more for delivery to remote or rural areas. If the delivery charge is more than our standard fee we will contact you before despatch to confirm the delivery price. Delivery fees and approximate timeframe and per location is as follows:

Auckland 1 - 2 working days 
North Island 1 - 3 working days 
South Island 2 - 4 working days

$20 per basket with a maximum of $80 delivery charge

Please note this is a guide and times may change during peak seasons.

Substitutions: We reserve the right to substitute any items that may be out of stock or unsuitable for out of town despatch with similar items of the same or greater value. If you are dissatisfied with any substitution we will replace the item or refund your money.

Refunds: We use only products of the highest quality. If for any reason any item is not received in good condition it will be replaced or your money refunded.

Response Times: We acknowledge all orders on the day of receipt. Enquiries are responded to within 24 hours.  If you do not hear from us within a day of sending your order we have probably not received it, in which case you should send it again.

Message: All gifts are accompanied by a card containing your personal message supplied by you when you place an order.

Quality Check: On request we can email or text you a photograph of your order when it is ready to leave the showroom.

Liquor Licence: Due to a change of ownership, Buzz a Basket is in the process of obtaining a liquor licence. During this time we can not authorise the sale of alcohol to anyone. Thank you for your consideration around this.
